Information we collect
Our qualification survey collects your name, email address, phone number, city, state, your real estate and mortgage licensing, your brokerage, whether you hold your buyer relationships personally, your recent buy-side transactions, and your lead generation spending. Our licensing-request form collects your name, email address, licensing state, and preferred class start date. The interest list on our agent-loan-officer pages collects your email address, your state, and the page you joined from, and we use it only to send you program news.
If you agree to receive text messages, we keep a record of your consent, the messages we exchange, and any opt-out request.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your requests, decide whether Ike fits how you work, schedule a call, coordinate licensing education, contact you about Ike, and send only the text messages you agreed to receive.
Services we use
Formspree processes form submissions. Cloudflare hosts and helps protect the website. Close manages our contacts and communications. Twilio delivers our text messages. These providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and request details to operate and secure their services. Our tools may change. We update this notice when our practices materially change.
Sharing
We disclose information only to service providers that support our operations, with your consent, as required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number, text message opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Text message opt-in data and consent are shared only with the service providers that store our form submissions, manage our contacts and deliver our texts.
